Jeanette has been a Human Resources practitioner for the past thirty years with experience in the manufacturing industry. In addition, she recently joined Loyola Marymount University as an instructor for the Human Resources Management, Extension program.
In the course of her career, she has been involved in the various HR disciplines including employee relations, labor law compliance, mandated leave administration, compensation, unemployment, safety, developing and administering employee recognition programs, facilitating policy and procedures, staffing, and training for both management and employees. Furthermore, Jeanette has conducted sexual harassment prevention training in compliance with AB 1825 since 2007.
Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Webster University with advanced studies in Human Resources Management. She also acquired her certificate in HR Management from Loyola Marymount University.
She is a long time member of Professionals in Human Resources Association as well as the California Unemployment Insurance Council. Further, she has served in a volunteer capacity with the Los Angeles Zoo and Beach Cities Health District.
