About Our Company
We released our first construction management software package in
1992.
ECLECTUS was incorporated in 1994 to market, support, and further
develop CMIS by JWPatterson & Associates. JWPA has been a general
contracting company since 1984. Joe Patterson, the founder of JWPA
and developer of CMIS, has been in the construction business since
1979 when he started his design and consulting service.
Joe Patterson has been developing construction related software programs
since the early 1980's, ranging from spread sheet templates to main
frame scheduling programs. Joe Patterson has always built his companies
on one philosophy "Do Your Very Best with the Highest Integrity
at All Times". We hope this philosophy will be apparent in our
Software.
Construction Management Information System or CMIS TM brought 19 years
of construction industry experience as well as detailed studies into
the wants and needs of contruction company owners and administrators to computer
screens.
Today, we are continuing our tradition of excellence by blending these
two programs into one flagship enterprise solution. The rebirth of
Construction Management Information SystemTM (featuring the best
of the two prior releases) has begun.
