John Pitzer

John has been in construction since 1979 – Graduated from El Camino College with a degree in Construction Technology and received his Contractor’s License in 1980. John has been in both construction and law enforcement for decades, even being the former Harbor Master for the city of Redondo Beach. In 2018 John became the Chief Executive Officer of PCC General Contractors, Inc., the Pitzer Construction Company succession company for his daughter Kaylene Stafford to take over the family business.
Mr. Pitzer brings a successful business perspective that only 42 years in this industry can provide. He has been a classmate, business partner, friend, and board member with Mr. Patterson since 1979.
John is an avid swimmer and enjoys traveling, boating, and all his grandkids.
